Getting started is simple. You can either book a free 15-minute phone call if you would like to ask questions or see if you would be comfortable talking to me or you can jump straight into booking your first session online. If you’re unsure which service you need — counselling, speech therapy or a combination — you’re welcome to reach out via email or phone, and I can help guide you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

I believe absolutely everyone deserves a safe space to talk through their feelings. This is especially the case if you’re navigating a world not designed for your unique brain. No referral is needed. You can book directly online for counselling and speech therapy at any time.

Counselling sessions are $156.16. Speech Therapy sessions are $193.99. When you book, you’ll see clear pricing before you confirm your appointment.

Counselling is not currently eligible for Medicare rebates in Australia. Speech Pathology rebates are available either via medicare (GP referral required) or depending on your private health fund. If you’re unsure, you can contact your provider to check your level of extras cover.

Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations under 24 hours, or missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.

My available hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer after hours or weekend work at this time.

I am a qualified counsellor & speech pathologist holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) and Diploma of Counselling, as well as a number of body-based, holistic trainings including Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki Practitioner Level 2. My work blends technical communication expertise with emotional, relational and nervous-system based support, giving clients a holistic and deeply attuned therapeutic space.

Unfortunately, no, I only work with teens and adults, but I am happy to refer you to someone with a special interest in working with children if you need a recommendation.
