I believe expression is your birthright.

I’ll support you in reclaiming your right to take up space, to be seen and to speak in your own time, tone and truth.

Hi, my name is Amelia Bayliss

I’ve walked alongside hundreds of clients who find using their voice challenging.

Maybe it’s the functional side of everyday communication you or a loved one finds exhausting or frustrating — forming sounds, coordinating speech muscles, organising thoughts into sentences and processing what we hear.

Or perhaps, you can speak on a technical level, but don't feel you can authentically express. Self-doubt, fears of being judged as “too much” or “not enough”, social anxiety and feeling compelled to mask and perform can make using your voice feel paralysing.

I believe it’s not enough to be able to speak - we all long to be heard and feel safe enough to express what truly matters.

Speech therapy and counselling can help.

My work blends both the functional side of speech therapy & the emotional side with counselling.

It’s a holistic range of services to meet you where you’re at and support the expression of your whole self so you can stop feeling so misunderstood or invisible and start letting people see and hear the REAL you.

The journey from

silence to self-trust
& PERFOrmance to presence

is the foundation of the work I offer.

After spending over 10 years supporting hundreds of clients, I know for sure:

You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to feel safe in your own voice.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Why you can trust me to support you:

The values that guide my approach

Safety

I believe that healing begins with safety. Safety is the container that allows your voice to return. I will meet you with warmth, presence and consistency.
We will co-create a space where you can explore your edges and your essence with compassion and care. Your whole self is welcome here- exactly as you are, at your own pace.

Neurodiversity & Identity Affirming

In my practice, I hold space for the richness of different minds, bodies, cultures and relational needs. Whether you are autistic, ADHDer, queer, gender-diverse or exploring your identity, all are welcome here. In this space, you are not asked to mask or fit into norms that were never made for you. You are met with deep respect, just as you are.

Courageous Expression

I will support you to express yourself in a way that feels grounded, clear, true-to-you and safe. I will help you listen deeply, tend to inner conflicts with care, and slowly unearth the clarity and confidence needed to express what’s true, Together, we slow down enough to hear your voice beneath the noise.

Authenticity

Authenticity means showing up as your whole self, making space for the messy, imperfect and real. I support clients in expressing their truth - verbally and nonverbally - with grounded clarity and presence. Healing begins when we can show up as we truly are, not who we think we should be.

Compassionate Curiosity

This work invites you to turn toward your inner experience with curiosity rather than assumptions or judgement. In this space, we slow down, pause, listen and explore gently with curiosity. I support clients in exploring their nervous system responses, relational patterns and emotional needs with softness, understanding and space for integration.

Empowerment

I believe you already hold the wisdom and clarity you need — my role is to help you reconnect with it. This work is collaborative, affirming, and led by what feels right for you. It’s not about giving advice or fixing, but about helping you remember you already hold the insight, strength and clarity you need.
